- Experience and demonstrated skill in creating mathematical models
- Expertise in delivering data driven applications in the form of APIs, dashboards, or software packages
- Experience and demonstrated desire to continue learning about the industry and trends in data management
- Product owner experience
- Comfortable working in an environment where problems are not always well-defined
- Inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication
- Have a desire to excel and work with talented people
